Rates
As each handyman project is unique in nature prices can vary based on a number of factors including time, local market, material sourcing, fuel costs and expertise. Each quote is based on the project, and thus we do not extend an "hourly" rate. Many small projects usually be completed in less than 2 hours. Our minimum task fee is $80.00.
Payment
We offer a 5% discount for cash payments at time services are rendered, or you can pay online after services are rendered via credit card.
Cancellation Policy
If you are need to change the service time we require a 3 hour cancellation notice otherwise a $25.00 fee will be assessed. Also, if no notice is given, and we cannot access the property at the approved appointment time, the same fee applies.

License
In Boulder County only work that requires a permit, requires a license...which is why we keep it "Lite". See our "Heavy" list for tasks we currently do not offer.
Insurance
Unlike specialty contractors that are typically licensed, bonded and insured, the handyman typically only carries general liability insurance; which, of course, is why we stay "Lite".
Does my project require a permit?
We're glad your asking! Odds are we'll know after an initial consultation if your project requires a county permit or not, and if so, or if there's any doubt, we'll refer you to a specialist. Check out the Boulder County "When do I need a Building Permit?".

We provide a wide range of residential home maintenance, repair, and replacement services. Dedicated to our community we ensure that your property needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

How do I get started?

Can you come out to give me an estimate?
In todays age of technology it's very rare that we would need to do a "job site inspection" prior to providing a quote. If we deem it necessary that your project does in fact require an eyeballs-on assessment, we are more than happy to pay a visit prior to formulating a quote.
What is your availability?
Depends. Little projects can be squeezed in here or there, but multi-faceted projects can be weeks out before time becomes available.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Cash, Check, Credit Card, Paypal and Venmo are all options. Also, we offer a 5% discount on cash payments made at time services are rendered.
I only have one small task so do I have to pay the minimum fee?
In short, yes. But our minimum task fee is only $80 per visit.
